All products and services are available for purchase in the domestic and international market.

Domestic Customers: For our domestic customers there are currently 64 show rooms 6 service centers and 490 dealer network all over the country. The products are on display and they can be purchased by cash, pay order, credit card, cash card and also on installment payment basis. We are also planning to launch our "Buy Online" section anytime soon*.

International Customers: We have extended our boundaries to China, Australia, India, Nepal, Thailand, Middle East and many other countries across Europe, Africa, North and South America with the help of 21 international dealers and distributors network. If you are interested for any of the products then contact us with your details at: sales@hayes-bd.com and our customer service center will get back to you in 24 hrs.

We intend to launch our "Buy Online" service very soon*. This will be one of the best ways to purchase our product as for the international customers are concerned. If you intend to deliver your purchase any where in Bangladesh then we will also do that at the minimum delivery change which is a non-profitable service. One of the advantages will be free installation on site. Our delivery team will install (products that needs to be installed - like air-conditioners, PABX, etc) them.

Service: We offer all types of repair, service and installation for all types equipments sold by us during its life time** by our own service center and dealer networks. These services are completely non-profitable.

Warranty: All products sold by us are having 1 year full warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty can be extended up to 10 years

*Subject to approval of Bangladesh Bank on e-commerce.
**Normal life time of any equipment ranges from 5 to 15 years. All products offered by us are mentioned with the operation lifetime.
